Poker Technical Issues

I just don’t understand if a person that was helping me could see that I was in the tables and effected by the crash to be able to just refund me for what I was shorted right then and there?

We are still waiting on confirmation from the poker team that all players have been refunded, at this stage we are aware they haven’t. Once we have this confirmation, any players who still have an issue will be looked at on a case to case basis.

I have NOT been refunded my zone .10c/.25c $90-$100 i had on the tables. This is almost 48 hours after I stopped playing the session.

I’m still down $45 from cash games (NL25 Zone) on Sunday. It’s been more than 48 hours now. Any timeframe for this getting resolved?

I had $720 on a zone poker table back on Saturday night when the website crashed. I still do not have my money. While a support agent told me my case was being escalated for review, I still have not received a single update about my money. Please help me, it would be greatly appreciated!

So, it’s been a week now and I’m still out $45 from NL25 Zone last Sunday night. I’ve emailed support a couple of times and haven’t heard back. Can I expect to see this money back?

I had $400 on nl 200 zone and I still haven’t got my money back. The only thing I received from them was a $20 bonus credit. I’ve been waiting since the 5th for this to resolved.
