They paid me, you mods did a good job of keeping us updated, I didnt know what was going to happen sense im a new player, Its hard to make everyone happy with a crash when we all got dreams of getting a bank roll,

I’m sorry this is so many photos but I feel like you need to see the whole conversation to understand my frustration. I’m livid now. Apparently I was right to be worried about my refund taking longer. After being told over and over it would be taken care and I would get my money back I finally talk to this person who looks into it for me. They’re saying there hasn’t been a confirmed issue with my account like other players. The first couple times I chatted with someone I offered to send them photos and videos of of my tables and lobby to show them the proof and told them I could tell them where to find the tables I registered for but never received a payout or the buy ins back. I was assured it wasn’t necessary. They said everybody’s account would be taken care and refunded. Everybody’s but mine. Ignitions poker software crashes costing me 60$ and I’m not being given any of it back after I tried to help show them proof that it happened. I still can but I guess they don’t care. Everyone else is rightly getting THEIR actual money back but ignition is keeping mine and giving me a fucng 20$ casino bonus with an impossible 500$ rollover. I play poker and even if I did use the casino that’s not my actual money and only one third of the amount. It’s absolutely worthless and this is ridiculous. It’s 60$ . That’s nothing to them. They know the software crashed costing everybody money. Why is it so hard for them to figure out it happened to me and give it back. I was told over and over that my issue was being escalated and looked into. Why was i not informed I wasn’t getting a refund when I asked about it the first 3 times? Why can’t I just fking send the pictures in that I took showing what happened and get my money back.
was playing sit and Go’s. The software started messing up and popping up the error message every time I tried to click on anything but the tables. It let us all finish the 4 tables. I won 2 of them for a payout of 60$ but never got it. I would have even just taken the buy in amount back. After the games the tourney lobby’s and tables were just blank. Once I closed the site I couldn’t get back in and my balance was never adjusted appropriately. In the video I am cashing out and buying into 4 more double ups, between 5:54am and then there isn’t 4 more cash outs for the ones I registered for. It picks back up all the way at 7:48am when the software was working again and I got back on. 4 double ups(three 10s and a 20) clearly registered and played and then no cash out for money or for zero dollars like Normal. Just nothing. Almost like the damn site crashed or something
Over $400 disappeared from my account last night during the outage - this is ridiculous. I’ve asked customer service for help and the response email was the most general, least helpful message one could imagine. Can we get an update on when individuals can expect their funds to be reimbursed? This is basically robbery.

Thank you. It wouldn’t take them much effort at all to figure out I bought in for 4 double ups and then there’s no cash out history for them. I can find it so I know they can if they just put in a little effort. It clearly means nothing to ignition but I would really like to have my money back. Don’t understand why I’m the one person they aren’t refunding.

I have yet to receive any money yet from my Zone poker session. This is crazy, it’s almost been 24 hours, unable to play because it was my entire balance on the tables. This is basically robbery. First time depositing in over 3 months AND THIS HAPPENS. Totally unacceptable. How do I get my funds back into my account?! It was between $90-$100, $.10/.25c, between 8:30pm and 11:30pm. This was LAST NIGHT. How is this even an issue? You guys should be crediting all player accounts immediately. I wanted to play today (A HoLIDAY!!!) and I couldn’t because all my funds were on the tables. Please help me, I want my money back.

I registered for a $52.50 heads up sit and go and was not able to play a hand due to these technical issues. My account is still short $52.50. Can you help please? Thanks
