Cancelation with No Players in the Money
If a tournament is cancelled and no players are in the money, all remaining players will have their entry fee refunded and the prize pool will be divided according to the following formula: 50% of the prize pool will be allocated evenly among all remaining players.

This same issue occured this morning around 6am. I lost 60$ and it never appeared back into my account. Took me hours to get through to someone in chat and when I did she tried to offer me a 20$ casino bonus with the standard rollover. Lose 60 real dollars and we will replace it with 20 that you cant use in poker and will take a lifetime to unlock. Thanks Ignition!

It absolutely was. I was in it. Not trying to be rude but registration was absolutely 100% closed for 150k guarantee. Thanks for any information you can share.

No one will be out any funds. In the event that you feel your balance is not correct after this is resolved, just let us know here and we will make it right.

Yes on $150 gtn was about 189 players left and ITM was on 315 players

I told the lady that was ridiculous and that I didnt want a casino bonus. She then said that she escalated the issue and that I would hear from them through email within 72 hours. I was also told by an admin in this forum that he spoke with people for me about getting my money back but still nothing 16 hours later.

There should be a history of how much everyone had on the tables. I seriously doubt that you won’t get your money back. Ignition would pretty much lose every player effected.

Cancelation with All Players in the Money
If a tournament is cancelled and all players are in the money, remaining players will have their entry fee refunded and the prize pool will be divided according to the following formula:

Each player receives the minimum prize not yet awarded at the time of cancelation.
The balance of the prize pool is allocated proportionally based on chip count.
