How do you figure? Are you paying out based on chip count in the tournaments? Your buy in refund is irrelevant.
Guaranteed Tournaments
In the event that a tournament with a guaranteed prize pool is canceled:
Players NOT in the money will be paid out based on the prize pool, composed of buy-ins only.
Players who ARE in the money will be paid out based on the guaranteed amount if the buy-ins fail to cover the guaranteed amount.

He already did. He said if anyone thinks there is a discrepancy once resolved to reach out to moderators and they will correct. Listen everyone the regular customer service reps here suck. That is a known fact, BUT the moderators in this forum have fairly and successfully resolved every single issue I’ve ever had.

Plus on the $150 gtn the total players was 1500 that is 225k so I guess they gonna pay based on the total prize pool right?

Thank you. That puts my mind at ease.
For people in cash and everything that happened up until the crash yes thats true. I was in sit and gos the first time it crashed. It let everyone playing finish the games unlike this 2nd time. I won some of them but was payed out no money. There is also no hand history for those tables for me after the point of the issues. So doubt they will be able to see who won. I told them I would be fine with just getting my buy ins back though. Wouldnt think it would be very hard to see I bought in, no one was payed, and just give us our buy ins back but still nothing for me.
Yesterday playing 1/2 PLO flop top set in multi way pot, naturally/of course I get kicked out due to software 
How about telling us it’s been cancelled so those of us in USA EST can go to sleep?

For those that play cash here a lot, do you guys more or less just expect to be kicked off a table mid session once a day due to software glitch? Then not complain because awful site rep will say, check YOUR internet? Asking earnestly and honestly, does this torture your souls too?
