I had a software issue last week where I riveted the nuts in a $200 or 100bb pot and opponent shoved then it promptly disconnected me and folded me out before I could click call. Reconnects three seconds later and I’m ready at a new table with my remaining 25bbs.
I spent an hour talking with support for them only to “escalate” my issue wich was obvious and fixable but nothing ever happened 72hourrs later.

Ran deep in the $100+$9 tonight. Ten left and I thought I disconnected. Got pissed off and tried to log in on two different phones. 3rd in chips, $4,800 up top. Not happy with all the bull jive, Somebody needs to explain what the hell is going on.

Eric, this happens to me a lot, and of course my internet is perfect/100%. It has been happening to me a lot for 5+ years and never see a penny back for it. I’m asking you, does it just ‘come with the territory’? Do ton of players just get randomly disconnected in middle of cash games only to get nothing back then a a delayed response from rep that says, yada yada we’re not sending you money

This site has had a LOT of server issues and not just tonight. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

I have $1200 locked up on the 200nl Full Ring tables. I was also running deep in a few MTTS. I am hoping they make all this right so I don’t have to go thru and show them screenshots of all my tables so get the money they owe me.
