I was playing cash 6 handed and had > $52 disappear (? $52.30). when will this be fixed?
ITs gonna suck if they give us a credit not applicable to poker. Only on here for poker. Will move to global poker unless they make this right. I was in multiple tournys when this happened.

My account balance was $575 before the crash and now I only have $400. Did you guys just steal $175 from me?
I was in the money of a Knockout Tourny and had numerous knockouts. Last time this happened, I was only given a free buy-in to an equal tourny. A free buy-in does not compensate for the amount of time it takes to make it to the money in your tournys. I hope you will consider better compensation as Iām sure you guys can afford it. Thank you.

Will you please give us a time estimate for when we can expect our cash poker balances to be correctly updated, as well as a time estimate for when things will return to normal?
I would also appreciate a more comprehensive explanation of what is happening than ātechnical issuesā. Iāve seen some shady shit happen in online pokerās history so Iād like to understand and believe this isnāt another example of that.
Edit: LOL my poker balance is now correct, but would still appreciate info about what happened. Please be transparent to show that you value your customers trust.

I am missing 40 dollars from my account that I had on a cash table before it crashed.

at the time of the crash I had at least $52.30 ( ? $52.33) on the table. My balance initially said I had lost $50 this session, but now it says I cashed out for $40.33 which is $12 too little. When can I expect this to be resolved. I know its not a lot of $$, but it is MY money, and if we canāt trust the site to be fair, who would ever play here again?

Yea you can go back to your table but no game has resumed I think tournaments are just plain cancelled
