I was in a cash game before the crash and then cashed out and only received about 1/3 of what my cash out should have been. @William

Can we get an update it’s been a while?
Thank you for your patience everyone. Although I wish we had better news, it might take 24-48 hours for balances to be updated from these affected tournaments and cash games. We are working to have things resolved as quickly as possible and we will provide updates as soon as we can.
How are you determining payouts for the 150k?
It will be paid as per the Cancelation Policy. If the tournament was in the money, players will be credited based on the following:
Cancelation with All Players in the Money
If a tournament is canceled and all players are in the money, remaining players will have their entry fee refunded and the prize pool will be divided according to the following formula:
Each player receives the minimum prize not yet awarded at the time of cancelation.
The balance of the prize pool is allocated proportionally based on chip count.
so 50% of the prize cool gets allocated proportionally depending on chip count? so if i was chip lead at the time of crash, how much of that do i get @William
This is insane! There better be some tournament tickets involved in this somewhere!
How much longer until we can use the software again though?
@william i dont think thats right for the cancellation policy. There is a section for tournaments and a section for gauranteed tournaments. could you clarify?

Guaranteed Tournaments
In the event that a tournament with a guaranteed prize pool is canceled:
Players NOT in the money will be paid out based on the prize pool, composed of buy-ins only.
Players who ARE in the money will be paid out based on the guaranteed amount if the buy-ins fail to cover the guaranteed amount.
I second this inquiry. Can we get a rough estimate of when we can play normally again? I’ve been finally able to get into a table but I enter with the wrong buy-in as well as my cards in my hand are face down lol @William
Aside from the refunds and credits for affected games, all should be back to normal now.
So if i was in an 8,888$ guaranteed and chip lead at time of crash, i will still get paid for for 1st? @William
This was about 15 minutes ago. I’ll get on and see if that’s still the case. I was trying to buy in at $5 and automatically bought in at 1.55 and my cards were face down while I was being asked to check/bet/fold. Super weird. Just got on, all is operational now. Thank you sir! @William

There was 217 players left and i believe 108 places paid, but i had chip lead
