When I made a deposit I picked the poker 100% welcome bonus but my balance just shows the deposit and not the bonus. What else do I need to do to get it?

Our Poker Welcome Bonus works a little differently than most bonuses you’ll find online. While other bonuses will match a certain percentage of your initial deposit and add the funds to your account, this bonus is different as it doesn’t credit the funds straight away, as instead you will receive $5.00 increments for every 150 Ignition Miles earned through Poker play in a 30 day period.

The funds will be credited to your ‘Withdrawable’ balance once earned rather than your ‘Bonus Funds’ which means there won’t be any rollover conditions to the funds you receive.

I never take a bonus because I want to be able to withdraw immediately if I win and not have to wait 30 days.

Hi @Brent2289 welcome to the forum and thank you for posting. We do not have a time requirement like this for bonuses. If you meet rollover you can cashout right away. If you dont meet rollover and want to withdrawal your funds you can forfeit the bonus.

Hmmm. I never took a bonus on any of my deposits because the lady I talked to on the phone about Bitcoin said I would have to wait 30 days to withdraw if I take a bonus.

Apologies for any confusion. As soon as you meet the rollover conditions for a claimed bonus, you’ll be able to request a withdrawal.

Can you get a poker bonus if you have already been playing on ignition.I have never seen the poker bonus.

In order to convert these funds into withdrawable cash, you’ll need to complete the bonus’ playthrough conditions. I responded to a similar query over here which should help answer your questions about playthrough. If not, let me know!

@StevieClean Apologies for the delayed response. You’re able to forfeit any remaining bonus funds if you no longer wish to make use of the bonus.

@StevieClean From your Rewards page where you see your active, pending and available bonuses you should see a drop down arrow next to the monetary value of the active bonus. Click the drop down arrow and then click ‘Forfeit’.

Ive noticed different luck playing with bonus money and non bonus money. Very vivid obvious difference in luck. Maybe just me but i dont use bonus deposits anymore.
