Preflop calling

1st hand 1 - 2 cashNLH after depositing this morning which will now be my last dime in this site .Sat with my whole deposit and what do you know I get A hearts K spades in big blind, Only 2 limpers pre. I make it $10.and both call(shocking). 994(2hearts)flop. I bet 15 hoping that ends it but no a call and fold. Turn A Spades. The commitment card to make me dump the rest of my stack into this hand . River blank. Punk ass dude called with 96 pre and the software gave him 2 9s on flop, then the ace to make sure I dump the rest. What a freaking joke. Can fold to a river with any other card on turn but had to be the ace to make sure the punk with the terrible preflop call wins it all. Almost as if the player is a bot that is a chip vacuum for ignition. It is such a joke. Happens all the time and I suspect my bot statement probably has some truth. This site is the worst of any poker platform I am on as this happens far more here than even your sister site.

@drew3712 I’m sorry to hear about the loss and can assure you that there is no cheating.

In looking the hand over; Player 2 at your table was holding about 150% more in chips then you prior to the deal. At $1 and $2 limits; more action will be called. Raising it from the $2 blind to an extra $8 will cost Player 2 only 6% of there chip stack which again isn’t a significant amount to have them fold.

Yes 9,6 isn’t a great preflop hand but they were suited and a lot of players love chasing a flush draw. With that said, the chase was worth the 6% chip stack call. After that the hit of 9’s on the flop giving them three of a kind put them in a significant position to call all of your raises.

Oh I remember the hand. It was 5x the blind. I am not supposed to raise 20 preflop in that spot. The call is still marginal. The “random” flop was laughable and the best part is the “random” turn card of an ace to make sure I am committed to stacking off with a 2outer after that. Any other “random” card I can get away but it had to be the commitment card of the ace to ensure my stack off. All good. Happens but far more on this site than any other site I’ve been on. I’ve played tens of thousands of hrs online on multiple platforms and the supposed randomness of the hands here are far less random than other places. Just ridiculous and annoying that dumbasses get rewarded.

Dude, GTO pre flops have 96s as call sometimes (especially from big blind).

Your pre flop raise is small (only 5x). A proper pre flop raise vs blinds would be $22+ for 2nl.

You are worried about the action card. That is why I have a bankroll. so I don’t go broke. If you study the hand via solver, don’t commit your entire stack here.

Yeah unfortunately this happens a lot on this site the other day I had queen 10 dude had Queen 8 queen hit on the flop queen hit on the turn And he sucked out with an 8 on the river…But I think we often forget all the times that we have sucked out on people on this site and then when it happens to us we are pissed I assure you there is no cheating on the site bro in the last month I pulled 1500 2800 and $1200 checks off of this site and you know how much I put on a time 27 or $37 and I generated into that much so I assure you this site is not cheap

Today, called all in with QQ vs 88 pre flop. He made 8 on river. Switched to 50nl. :smiling_imp:

This site is shady as f*** I just lost in two dollar and 50 Cent five dollar blinds pre-flop my heart is is I raise $30 some f****** guy calls with king Jack and his king Jack on the f****** flat I will never put another dollar on this piece of shit site who still using the f******* pandemic cannot answer the phone using it as a cop out f*** Ignition Casino I’ll never play on your f****** site ever again shady motherf******

I was just playing 2.50 $5 blinds Had aces pre-flop…Dude raised $15 I came over the top of him at $85 with literally 20 to 50 in the middle of the pot so it was pretty evident that I had either aces or kings pre-flop the way I raised so much dude calls anyways with king jack off suit and hits king Jack on the fu******flop This site is shady as it gets man shit like this happens all the time and it’s not normal poker it’s not like when I go and play a live game at the card room this site and the hams that here are 100% completely different this site in the software for this site is not true and fair and true it’s not there’s no way cash live games are completely different the way hands here than on this site

It’s not just the software, it’s the players. There are people with money to burn, and nothing to do. They play so recklessly. Then they get gifted for it. I play more hands in tournaments and rarely see the bad beats I see in a few hands of cash or zone. I try not to believe in bots but nobody can prove it until we can identify who we are playing against. I really hope in the future they grant literally everybody’s request of player ID’s

AA gets cracked all the time in live play.

You must be new to poker. The situation you described happens literally all the time in live play (or online anywhere else). Stop complaining that people call you with crap hands; do you not want the action? Or do you prefer people only call with premiums meaning it’ll be harder for you to win the pot?

My advice, take a look at your mindset and play lower stakes until you can accept the variance. Putting your entire balance on a buy in is a sure way to tilt yourself when you inevitably run into a bad beat.
