Hello, a few days ago my account was temporarily suspended for typing a wrong password a few times. Maybe unrelated, but I uninstalled and reinstalled the poker client and it would crash every time I open it. I emailed support about 40 hours ago saying I would receive a response in 24 hours, but have not gotten one yet. Now, the ignition client is working, but when I try to log in it says “error.” Has anyone had this experience?

I understand how this can be frustrating and I’m sorry to learn of the issues you are facing. Please try reinstalling the application once more also you can try the web-based version of the Poker application.
It seems the problem is my IP address. Whenever I log in with a VPN the client works fine, but when I disconnect the VPN (obv won’t play with VPN as this is against TOS) the client crashes again. No idea why. Have tried redownloading several times, still doesn’t work.
Is this happening on the web version or just the downloaded client?
