So I notice the @moderators “unlisted” the original post here on the forum regarding the recent and rampant issues faced by the Ignition platform. I am just curious as to why it was removed instead of publicly being addressed. You all did acknowledge that the site was experiencing issues, and I am assuming now that the issues are “resolved” the removal of the post could make sense in some lines of thinking, but it almost feels like blatant censorship, masking the concerns of players on Ignition’s supposed public platform. And while it is well within the right to do as you all choose on a forum that is moderated by Ignition staff, it seems a little disingenuous to only keep things on the forum that would appear favorable to the Ignition platform, know what I mean?
Another approach could be simply: “we have resolved the issues…” and give it some time to let the post peter itself out IF Ignition does not face subsequent malfunctioning.
The TRUTH of the matter though, for all new and returning clients, is that Ignition has faced and UNBELIEVABLE amount of malfunctioning issues over the course of a few weeks, literally with errors and issues that were once captured and addressed by members on this forum approximately EVERY-OTHER-DAY. And Ignition should be transparent about that for the sake of posterity. People should be able to know and access the veracity of this historical data through the people who have been loyal, utilize the site frequently, and share their experiences with it.
I will be the first person to ad an update to this post, if for example, Ignition offers some sort of compensation for the abundant, inconvenient, grievous, and painstaking ramifications that have been endured because of its frequent malfunctioning and technical issues. You have my word on that.
And I would think that that, would be something Ignition would want shown - like, “hey our site messed up, pretty badly recently, but look how we make it right to our players when they experience these things on our platform…” Do you not feel that that might instill some sort of confidence in both new and returning customers on the site? I feel that would carry a lot more weight than “delisting” a post from any members voicing their frustrations.
So, allow me to ask, is there a plan for some sort of compensation for us who have endured what is appearing to be an endless spree of technical issues? Or, is this post itself going to be delisted?
I urge other members on this forum to please leave a comment, to at least verify that the Ignition platform has indeed faced numerous issues recently, as well, I mean it’s the truth, and I think it’s important that that information is readily available to others whom have experienced the same things, and for anyone who might be curious and considering signing up for it. I mean it’s something I would have liked to know when first joining - how does a site I contribute tens of thousands of dollars to handle things when stuff goes wrong?
