You should unless the promotions team decides which platinum level players get to have a birthday and which don’t. You can’t count on anything here anymore because they can change the rules whenever. If you are eligible and haven’t got it yet message the @moderators and maybe they can help
Birthday bonuses are added automatically to eligible members by the end of the day.
Is it possible for you to see if I am. I don’t think they have my birthday on file, but I’m not sure.

I think they issue them late afternoon actually, but don’t quote me on that.
