I obviously have an account here, but my wife recently tried signing up and she tried twice and it kept saying “sorry you already have an account with us”. She has never had an account and the only thing I could think of why it was saying that is that we share the same address.
So is she unable to have and account here because I do?
You are only allowed one account per household as per Terms of Service unfortunately. However, you can always add someone as an authorized user to your account.

You would just need to contact us over live chat to have the account verified and have them added. You can simply let the agent know that you’re planning to add your wife as an authorized user.
