I just had a bonus in Arrogant Pirates around 7:45 CST - 7:50 CST (not 100% sure on time) as soon as I selected a chest it gave me an error and had me reload the game. When I got back in there was no bonus. Very very frustrating!!!

I’m sorry to hear about your disconnection and the error that occurred. I can understand the frustration but you don’t have to worry as I can assure you that any wins will have been credited to your account regardless the disconnection.

I am a low stakes player. I know it’s all uninsured and whatnot but I was playing the hard to get bonus game on the popular Gus gold mining slot and an error happened and I was kicked off. You should be able to resume the game by logging out, clearing your cache and re-log in. Once logged in, open the same slots game in an incognito screen and wager the same denomination. This should allow you to play out the bonus spins.

Almost a week ago I was playing a night with cleo and mystic elements… I had just started free spins in both games and the whole website had trouble… The games froze and after refreshing the games they never restored to my free spins… After 2 times chatting with support my night at cleo game did restore and let me finish my free spins… But even after a week and 5 or more chats with the representative saying I promise it will get fixed just allow 48 hours… Well its a week later and after every chat they do get mystic elements to restore my free spins bonus round… However it loads but when I press spin to continue the game screen flickers and spins constantly and never stops until I get the disconnection error and reload… After this the game goes back to never restoring no matter how many times I refresh or even open the game in multiple tabs… Like I told the last rep the past 4 chats has been an endless loop of me contacting u guys… The game finally restoring my spins… It spinning constantly then error… Back to not restoring… Then repeat… This is ridiculous at this point…

I have been having this issue with 3 casino games for the past 2 weeks. I have done ALL troubleshooting with no resolution. I have lost so much money along with free spins and bonuses due to this reload issue. I have also contacted support who got technical support involved but still haven’t gotten a resolution. logging out, clearing your cache and re-log in. Once logged in, open the same slots game in an duplicate tab and wager the same denomination.

@squidmaster I, too, am almost a platinum level player and I feel the same way you do. I am still experiencing the same exact issues as reported in my original post, with no resolution, with a few more games now also giving the reload/disconnect error. This is so frustrating. I just want this issue to be resolved. You would think they would want up keep their loyal players happy and resolve the issues. There are other sites that provide daily and weekly cashback and/or free play but I have remained loyal to Ignition but Maybe it’s time I start playing elsewhere.
I still have no resolution to this issue. I am slowly dwindling down the games I am able to actually play. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I do not understand why this issue can’t be resolved or why Ignition casino isn’t resolving. At least some have been offered bonus/credit to account, I haven’t been offered anything. I could understand them not offering if I didn’t ever deposit but I do multiple deposits a week. And I have only cashed out once in the past year so I’ve lost WAY more than I’ve won.
I hate to leave Ignition but it has finally gotten to that point for me. Fair is fair and this is just not fair!
