Hi, can the mods reset my hand history downloads so I can redownload again? Or do I have to e-mail your reps?
I can’t download one tourney #38251491 from 12/6 and thought maybe a reset from your side would fix the issue.
I tried reinstalling on my PC & also downloading it from my laptop, but nothing is working. Thanks
Your hand history is now reset, let us know if this fixed the issue.
Hmm iv asked this how many times and still cannot see hand histor but must be that Chinese medicine I’m not getting an answer about either

Ok, the reset went through, but still can’t download that one tourney #38251491 for some reason. Can you guys download it and e-mail/DM it to me? No biggie if not. It is just weird - never seen this HH download issue like this. Thanks

You should be able to download the Hand History of the Tournament, after 24 hours. Have you played this Tournament today?
