Ridiculous the way Ignition treats their VIP's

RIDICULOUS!
Over 2 weeks ago I was playing Lady Charms and hit the bonus won oand had free spins left when the game disconnected.

Finally after over 2 weeks I here back from my Hosted rep (after checking on this multiple times each week) and am told because it disconnected on THEIR end they are giving me a $50 bonus with play through…WTF! I won over $200 and still had 50 plus free spins…way to make it right Ignition! This is how you treat a VIP player with over 14 million lifetime miles. Wow!

What incentive do they have to treat you any different? They know you and everyone else will still deposit.

Yep, gotta stop depositing. That’s just a let’s rub his nose in a nice big steaming pile of dog shit. Probably made a bet with the new guy/girl as to wether you would deposit after getting word it was on their end and they weren’t going to compensate you correctly. Such crap shouldn’t be tolerated . If you deposit after that you’re just rewarding bad behavior so don’t expect it to stop anytime soon. Sorry you got screwed.

Finally heard back. Ignition fixed the game to show my credits won and remaining free spins and gave me a decent no deposit bonusbto make up for the hassle.
Thank you Ignition I do appreciate it, just wish it hadnt taken so very long.
