Made a deposit on 8/4/2022 with BTC. Very easy process.Done it several times at many differnt sites never had a problem. I sent it to the address I was given. Its there confirmed but they will not credit my account. CS told me there is a problem and would be fixed in 48 hrs at the most. 5 days latter still nothing. Till this day they can not tell what the problem is… I don’t know if there is something wrong with the address they gave me but it is there. I’m just letting everyone who plays on this site that if you use crypto to deposit your at high risk of losing it. Be carefull. It’s really sad that Ignition casino is going to make a player pay for a problem that they made not me.
This is still being escalated. We do apologize for the delays but we can assure you that there will be a resolution at some point. Also, this is an extremely rare occurrence and seems to be an isolated technical issue. It is not something that happens often and to state that you are at high risk of losing deposits is simply false.
How is this false.I was told I would have my money in 48 hours at the most. It’s been 5 days and I don’t have my money. No one has told what the problem is. Had one of your employee’s call offer a great bonus if I used crypto on Saturday. When I told him I was waiting on a deposit from Thusday and if I could talk someone about it he hung up on me. Then you say it’s a isolated technical issue. What ever that means. Then in your very next sentence you state It is not something that happens often but it’s isolated. Isolated means alone. Does not happen often means it has happened on more then one occasion.Every thing I stated is true. I have wasted 5 hours just on live chats alone. Then more time one this forum. I was told 48 hrs at the most I would have my money. Now you state that there will be a resolution at some point. That means an indefinite time. I’m letting players on this forum what has happened to me. I feel if I made a deposit with Igntion with crypto right now I would be at high risk of not getting it in my account. That’s MY OPINION.
I would simply ask here how many deposits you have made in the past and how many have had issues or not been provided to you. I can see on review that this is merely one of at least 50 or so deposits you have made in the past and this seems to be the only one that had issue that I’m seeing. We could also easily ask other players what percentage of deposits they have had issue with in the past. Yes we’ve certainly had deposit issues in the past and it can happen, but again these are extremely rare occurrences.
I am sorry for your frustration and the issue with this one deposit but again, it is not correct to state that there is a high risk of not receiving deposits. This doesn’t minimize that you’re facing an issue and we’re still going to try and resolve it.
That’s one time to many as far as I’concerned. There should be zero issues when it comes to deposits.I sent the money where I was told to. If there is a problem getting that money that is on you that’s where I was told to send it.I should not be involed in this problem. This should be a igntion problem. If I’m told to send money some where you should be sure you can get it before I send it. Lucky for me it was not a large sum.You state TRY to resolve. So if your unable to retrieve these funds who will be at a loss,me??? Ignition has all the control when it comes to deposits and withdrawals. I can’t put a complaint to any one to get my money back. Anytime anyone makes a deposit to ANY online gambling site it HIGH RISK. I have to trust you to send money. I do’t know you. You can take my funds at anytime and I could do nothing about. Lock poker took me for a bunch of money years ago waited months for a withdrawal that never came. The only one who is not at risk in this transaction is Igntion your going to make sure you get your money. You should advertise on you crypto page merely one of 50 or so deposits you make will have issues. I have look online I have seen many people that had issues. Some ended up getting there there money some did’nt. Besides you know the % of issues you have had in the past post it if your so pround of those numbers.
