Guys, I can definitely vent with you when it comes to issues in the casino but if you read all the agreements and rng authentication then you can see that all this is to be expected sometimes. About the connection… I have my theories on why it happens but a way to be paid back for it EVERY TIME it happens is to do these steps EVERY TIME you plan on playing poker.

  1. When you enter the poker lobby start your device screen recorder. If your device doesn’t have one then download one.

2 with your SR (SCREEN Recorder) going start a free play chip match and sit down.

3.Then enter your poker game of choice. Or 2. …

4 when the poker game says connection interrupted go back to your play chip game and see that it’s still going. PROOF THAT ITS NOT YOUR CONNECTION MESSING UP. then take the screen recording to support and tell them you will email it to them. (Although they can see fine and well that you had an active play table when you ‘disconnected’. If they don’t give you a full refund then come to forum and post the support chat screenshots and screenshots of a visible hand with the disconnected above it.

I did this before with single deck blackjack. At least 4 wagers of $25 were disconnected in play! Usually the balance was added back but not this time. I submitted screenshots immediately to support and forums. They said it was my fault and the hands were played. Then send me sketchy results all in favor of the house?!

I understand. And I believe my first time I provided screenshots it ‘was my fault’ , also. But after that I think it was noted in my account that I play with screen recorder on Everytime I play.

Definitely ive been complaining for a couple years about i even posted proof of it in here and it was immediately removed they know what is happening and they want it that way or they would have fixed it years ago

Theres a study casinos are doing all the time. How to diminish the players odds of successful play. Like if you jump from one game to the next while frustrated you have 25% more chance of losing.
