whats the best way to do this? I have cash app and coinbase but would hate to have them freeze the account. Is there anything to avoid or that triggers flags on a btc deposit that your gonna sell?

I will look , when I search all I see are horror stories of acounts getting froze
We recommend that when cashing out you request the funds to a Bitcoin wallet prior to sending the funds to an exchange.
Following this, you should have no problem.
