Hey all,

We just wanted to let everyone know that around 5a ET as we make some internal updates, it could be possible that you may encounter a short Poker interruption of less than 1 minute.

All Scheduled Tournaments and Sit & Go’s will run as usual but you may experience a 10-second disconnection around 5a ET. If that were to happen, simply close out and log back into the software.

You could also be affected if playing in Cash or Zone games but again you should be able to reconnect from the potential interruption within a minute.

If you encounter any issues longer then the 10 seconds or any problems while reconnecting into your tournament or cash games, please let us know here.

We’ll also have messages sent to all tables prior to any potential interruption.

@player1 With each update we do, we look to improve the overall experience for all our players. Once we get more information on the fix for some of the feedback we’ve received, we’ll be able to let everyone know and update the thread it was first mentioned.
