I have lost about 50 - 80 bucks in buyins trying to play poker today. If my device (phone or tablet) manages to load the tournament I will have already misses several hands and then will be disconnected or timed out while attempting to play.
If I am able to easily register to a game, why can’t I play it??
Hey @Shane1981P, did you encounter any error messages while getting disconnected?
To avoid connectivity issues from happening we recommend clearing your browser’s saved cache & cookies before a session, as well as making sure you have a stable connection.
I’m going to check on your tournaments now and send you a PM shortly with more details.
I have been there, it can be frustrating . You have to clear your browser history at times. Also, if your having problems running games mobile, try turning WiFi off and using data.
Those two things should fix it every time. Using a laptop is definitely more reliable but I play mobile 99% of the time and you just have to use those strategies very quickly when experiencing technical difficulties.

I have cleared my cache and browsing history on both browsers I use to play on the site. I am still encountering connectivity issues. What happens is when I connect to a table, zone/cash/tourney or otherwise, it immediately loads the table and I think it is going to work, and then it disconnects five seconds later and then quickly reconnects a few seconds after that. But this will happen over and over again so as I rarely get to play my hand. I was able to play a tournament on my phone using data but I have always been using my wifi and have never had issues before.

Whatever is happening is terrible. I have perfect reception/signal on my phone. I can lose all my money perfectly fine in the casino. Once I enter a poker tournament I lose all service and can’t even check at the flop before I’m disconnected. I’ll post a few short videos here in a minute. I’ve lost A LOT of money so far
It’s complete BS. I thought maybe it was my tablet or my wifi maybe so I just tried to play a tourney on my phone. No luck loading the table. Down another 11.00 dollars…

Also when I tried to play poker in a $60 sit and go it kept booting me saying I needed to log in and by the time i got back in I was pretty much out of chips and it’s not the first time this has happened but when it’s a $60 buy in I feel pretty robbed
Thank you for the tournament ticket, I am going to try to play it on my phone some time tonight, since I was able to play some zone for over an hour earlier today on it without issue.
I will at least come back and report here if I was to play it without connection problems.
Well, I tried to play on my phone since that was working earlier, no luck. Switched over to my tablet on wifi and for some reason it actually worked. Missed the first 3 hands of the sit n go but managed to cash anyway.
I wish there was some rhyme or reason to this nonsense. Maybe since brick and mortar casinos are shut down you should invest in more server capacity so we can all enjoy this quarantine while we sit here alone.
