I play Zone.

But multiple complaints about this on 2p2. Only regular cash tables. some say closing and reopening can work, but it takes multiple attempts.

It does appear that this issue is affecting some players on the software and we are now actively looking for ways to resolve the issue. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Foster,

Just want to add myself to the list of players affected by this issue. The message I get reads: ā€œSorry! You canā€™t join this table at the moment; thereā€™s already a player associated with your account seated here.ā€

I tried the solutions you suggested but they havenā€™t solved the problem. Hoping this is resolved soon, thanks!

Exact same issue here with all the extreme lag. Spoke with a chat agent who denied the issue exists and told me to clear cache and cookies; initially refused to escalate unless I cooperated with a bunch of completely unrelated troubleshooting steps. Finally convinced her to escalate the 2+2 thread and then the chat software glitched out, disconnected me, and gave an error. Useless.

Issue has been happening on and off for weeks and customer support seems oblivious. Time to look into the competition I guess.

There were some reports of latency issues last night, but it seems to have been resolved by now.

If you notice an increase in latency or lag, let us know so that we can look into it.

Ridiculously bad. Lag between spins while literally placing phone next to my router. Itā€™s not fun.

Itā€™s ridiculous right now. Games load very slow then finally spinning and it lags and holds up every spin.

First session in a few days. Did fresh uninstall before playing. Pretty laggy, but not unbearable. Tried to show my hand one time, lag made me not show.
