site super laggy, slow, glitchy and everyone disconnecting at my tables. please look into and fix. very tiltiing. the cards are getting dealt slow. there is a pause when its on you. and sometimes its very slow and u sit out before u have a chance to act
We haven’t had any recent reports of site issues, but we’ll take a look and swing back if we hear anything. In the meantime have you tried a re-install or power cycling your modem/Internet?
If playing on a mobile device or tablet, you should ensure you’re on Chrome and Clear your Cache. Also, ensuring your on a strong Wifi connection helps as well.

Yeah its pretty laggy right now, people are timing out / sitting out all over the place, while trying to look at a previous hand or tournament played, it just spins for quite a while till it loads, etc etc

the site was down the other day when I was in a tournament (got money split up amongst us)
and today nothing works. the client is just a black screen or it will take 5 minutes to load up and then it just hangs.
mobile just hangs.

I registered for 4 tournaments a little while ago and can’t get any of them open. Long time user, I’ve restarted, tried the client, tried the broswer, it’s not on my end.

We’re you able to join these tournaments yet? We haven’t had any reports yet of any issues on our end.
There are a few other troubleshooting steps we do advise, such as ensuring you’re using Google Chrome, cycling your modem or connection, ensuring your using a strong Wifi connection and not phone data, running the client as an admin, and performing a clean re-install of the client if you haven’t recently. (Please try downloading the program to a different folder).
If none of these steps work, please send us a screenshot of the error or issue you’re seeing when attempting to login or join the tables. Also, send us a PM of the tournaments you weren’t able to join if you can’t get into them.
I was able to get a few hands in after spotty connection, finally just found a spot and shoved in and then didn’t re-enter when I busted, as I normally would.
About 2/3 of the hands I was timed out for. I’m using chrome, I’m able to use other applications. I restarted the modem, the computer, everything. 1K wired connection. I tried the downloadable client, no solution produced anything stable.
Here’s my screenshot. I registered the $82, the $27.5, the $33, and the $11 this morning and was locked out for probably 85% of the hands.

Hi, I just entered a $20 jackpot sit and go and got in for maybe 20 seconds and then got disconnected and never got back in. Did the online chat and was told I couldn’t get a refund. Hoping some can make this right.
This message is usually related to one of 2 issues:

You may be logged in on multiple windows or browsers on the same table.

It may just be a disconnection related error message.
Either way, we recommend logging completely out of any games you’re playing and on all devices. Then log back into the game on a singular device and see if this error message is still coming up. If that doesn’t work our normal tips would be to (as you’re playing on a browser) clear cache, use google chrome, and cycle any internet connection you’re using and ensure you’re on a strong Wifi connection.
