Its seems to be off and on for me but it’s the same issues as before with the login troubles

just before all this came out i had a slot i lost over 500 on while in bonus round i was hitting nothing then I caught a winning screen and saw it was not being paid. i went to customer service twice and both times they would do nothing 2nd time they threatened me. I know it was a winning screen. what slot does not pay when you have a wild in both the 1st and 2nd positions and you are playing all lines answer that for me. I was playing 5$ a spin and like i said i went down over 500 in that session and never recovered from it.

@scuba_123 I’m a little concerned of the word “threatened” here.
Can you provide some details so we can follow up on this.

ive looked for my pics but can not find them i will did deeper, but by threatened I mean I was told by them “We’ve already adressed this and you’ve been given an answer, so you better not bring it up again.” so here I am bringing it up and oops you guys were being hacked in the same time frame this happened to me.

If you can provide us of the date this was we can check it.
Or an estimate of the date.
And was this a chat or a call?

Ok so the first contact was on April 18th regarding the issue with spins
Then you contacted again on April 18th around 20 minutes later.
Then the next report of the spin issues was on April 24th.

So there were 3 contacts in total.

Yes the first one I believe I got disconnected

Doesn’t change the fact the spin should have paid and put all others on question

So I have reviewed the chats.
The first 2 are very short and nothing much to comment on.
Th 3rd one however is longer.
Is this what you were you referring to when you said you were threatened?

Ok but there are mistakes is there not. Maybe I remember the comment coming off a little different keep in mind id just dumped over $500 and then I see a screen not pay on what I’m pretty sure and stl am wa a winning spin and they are telling me no it is not.

Ya my additional request is have someone else check it. What you think happens when I say that. Because with all due respect he already checked it. I’ve had customer service reps make tons of mistakes before. Why should I not call back to have someone else verify it. That spin may have only been a small payout but what about others. It’s like letting a Congo because a lawyer was shady. Then you have to let another 100 cons go that were convicted properly but that lawyer was involved. That screen to me throws all the others into question. Of course you guys don’t want to addmitt it.
