Site went downhill & is still on a super roll (downhill)

The site loses my willingness to deposit. And as I’ve mentioned above, customers are dissipating. It’s obvious.

Waiting 30 minutes for a support agent to issue a freeroll ticket or fix one of the many issues on this site for the agent then to end chat because you didn’t respond within 3 minutes to their convenience isn’t quite something I enjoy.

We can certainly understand that the procedure is frustrating and it’s another piece of feedback we can provide. The reasoning for that now is that we try to get to everyone waiting as quickly as possible so if an agent is waiting on a response for 5-10 minutes then other people are waiting even longer.

But as always, we’re more then happy to help here in the forum; just need to PM the moderators
