Site went downhill & is still on a super roll (downhill)

So bonus minimums went up, deposit min. Went up some months ago. Problems went up, wait time in support went wayyy up. Bonuses went down. Birthday bonuses disappeared from tier rewards. (To be clear I got a bonus because I complained for days about it to some undertrained staff in support) weekly bonuses formerly were activated by less deposit. Free spins in this were 40/50cents - now 20cents. There were bonus rollover requirements of less than 35x even last year still- NOT ANYMORE. (And moderators before you tell me I’ve had some, for the blind undertrained staff here which prove illiterate- the bonuses less than 35x on my account you view are from site errors where I received a customer service free play - for the site sucking so much. My Bitcoin freeroll rarely every works. I’m lucky if it works once a month. When there are errors on the site, the site claims it’s not on their end. Though it must be the only site I’ve ever heard of being down for 2 days solid because someone spilled coffee on their keyboard in maintenance tech. That’s some high tech shit there -truly. A customer service rep just told me there’s free things on the forum, must be something else his undertrained supervisor told him

I was of the level to receive birthday bonuses last year and now I’m not. That’s stupid as hell. And for me to contact every week about a Bitcoin freeroll which should automatically be posted is your error not mine I don’t work for ignition, so I’d rather not waste time and simply stop coming to a mediocre site.

And also. There’s almost no bonuses left for them to take. And yet somehow everything else keeps rising. That’s a damn shame.

Can I ask who advised you that you were not on the level to receive a birthday bonus? This is available to players Platinum and above.
It seems that the bitcoin depositors ticket was issued to your account on the 11th, the 4th and 25th the last 3 weeks.

It’s usually not being able to claim the ticket, the tournie not showing in the list This week is wasn’t there. I reclaimed it only today. And I don’t know the names of people in your support who are undertrained which advise me of birthday bonuses. I was told it was an exception for me to get one this year. And the taking of bonuses says one thing- less customers.

@Kamikazi You have stated that an agent advised you that you don’t receive a birthday bonus which is inaccurate. We are simply trying to follow up with the statement you’ve made in order to assure the agent is made aware that this isn’t true. On review we don’t see this on any of your contacts in the last few weeks.

My birthday wasn’t within a few weeks ago. Y’all have some serious skills don’t you?

I have now reviewed all interactions around your birthday as well, and what you’ve posted above is not correct.

First, you did receive a $500 bonus for your birthday, and this had nothing to do with any complaints as it was our automatic birthday issuance. Therefore, stating that you only received one because you complained and that these have been removed from tier rewards isn’t accurate.

Further, there are multiple interactions that day and previously where chat had advised you that you would receive a birthday bonus, and that it would be provided on your actual birthday and later in the day. If there was an agent who specified that this wasn’t the case (which we do not see), there were many more that did notify you that you were eligible.

Where exactly do you see birthday rewards? And when I did contact support, a woman said I didn’t have enough points. And that she made an exception. If you don’t see that. You’re not even telling the truth.

Of course you don’t see that, same as the site hasn’t noticed any issues with their server, they’re exceptional specifically the time the site was down for 2 days straight.

I’m aware of what is supposed to be Davy. I’ve absolutely no need to read more literature. Last year the bonus was on the rewards. Now it isn’t. And also funny how your smartass can’t say anything about the rest of my post. Except simply things which others on this forum can’t see.
