SNG Pay Issue Delayed

A few days ago I came here looking to see if others were having issues in particular with sit n go tourney - I saw a post by someone very briefly about the same issue. Where the game completed but Ignition didn’t pay out accordingly. That post disappeared within minutes. My concern is what’s going on with how these issues are handled. It seems to be overlooked. If I win a table game and it completes but didn’t get paid shouldn’t this be addressed and corrected no more than 48 hours at most.

A week long sounds sus.

The post in question was likely removed to a PM.
At this time the team are recovering data, and making a list of all players effected.
Once this is done players wioll be credited accordingly.

I too had a tournament win that failed to pay out at the time it looks like you had an issue. Talked with chat twice now but the only answer from them is wait. Which is a fine answer, but how long? At least give us some time frame as to when so we can know if we need to reach back out. Anyway just letting you know others had same xp

It seems ignition finally acknowledged and made the announcement about this on telegram and X. Question is how much longer is this going to take. This is not that difficult for I figure out what the players are supposed to be paid for. ?!

It’s actually pretty difficult, they credited a lower place when we should have a higher place, so a lot of wrong payouts were made to players so they would have to do that math on that too… And it was a whole day worth of tourneys for several thousands of players.

really? here i thought no one was paid at all. I didn’t even know some players were paid at the wrong place. wow that’s terrible. Still, this was addressed or brought to their attention immediately, and to just now say something about it 4 days later is shocking. Still, the math or whatever needs to be done to correct this shouldn’t take this long. I’m sure they have the technology /software to correct this within 24 hours, unless the delay is purposeful.

I’m going to be optimistic that this resolves before end of tonight.

Quick update: It will take a few days to get the exact figures for what players are owed. In the meantime, an estimate will be provided sooner, allowing credits to be issued. The amount may be less than what you’re owed, but the remainder will follow once the calculations are complete.
