You disconnect us at 20 minutes, but it appears you are not getting to anybody in 20 minutes. Has anybody been able to access the supposed Live Chat.
Why would you disconnect at 20 minutes when you haven’t been able to process those in the queue in less than 20 minutes. This is entirely illogical and appears to be nothing more than a very weak effort to claim you provide support. This has been going on for an extended period and is not the result of a period of high requests.
Customer support is entirely lacking and it seems the only option you are leaving your customers is to send an email and then wait for days for a response that may or may not be helpful.
This is beyond frustrating and a poor approach to customer retention
