Nope It hasn’t but don’t you worry you can continue to give them money They’ll take it no problem, You just won’t be able to play with it until they’re “fully capable team” resolves the issue Don’t worry they’ll resolve it by 6 PM on Thursday just not sure which Thursday yet @moderators
Yes I made a deposit and on my end it’s complete but it’s not showing up

Yes, the delay is not with the Bitcoin network but on our end.
So what does that mean for us?.. how long until we get answers? I cant even get connected to anyone on the chat… this is unbelievable
Given the growing contact related to the delays; getting through on chat will be difficult
What is wrong with the site deposits? Can we get some tranparancy? This is unbelievable. I would hope that this site will reward accordingly… this is ridiculous, especially for the bitcoin exclusive members who can’t even have the option to deposit with a card.

That’s what I get whenever I even try to open a chat. This is unacceptable. We deserve bonuses to play while we wait for this issue that we have no transparency on to get resolved. It has been almost 3 hours since I made my deposit. I am sickened by this site now. This is beyond ridiculous.
Deposits are gradually being credited with a fix in motion.

My deposit showed as coming through when I switched to my laptop from my cell phone. Yesterday the laptop version wasn’t working at all, but today it’s the mobile.
Unfortunately, I did use some rewards to purchase free spins – those have not been applied…
@Matt @moderators … 6 hours and 40 minutes since I made my deposit… when I checked 2 hours ago my transaction had 15 confirmations so I am sure it is way past that now… where is my money??? This is unbelievable.
