After 72 hours received a message from customer support so contacted chat again. The agent re escalated the situation but said she was trying to get it prioritized to get it resolved right away. Chat was disconnected now a new agent is saying I have to wait 48 hours again. Matt won’t message me back. Getting a giant run around and have spent more time dealing with issues than enjoying gameplay. No point in depositing money to an entertainment site when it’s not entertaining. The casino issue has been escalated by CS, they will contact you when they get a response.
It is always advisable to add moderators to a message then whoever is on duty can assist you.
With regard to the deposit it would seem your deposit was less than the required minimum, this was also handled by CS.
Deposit was taken care of. The problem is the issue was already escalated. After 72 hours I got a message on my casino account from customer service. Contacted chat and I don’t know why but they restarted the escalation saying now need to wait 24-48 hours again.
Once again its been well past 72 hours since an agent re escalated the issue for some reason and no one has contacted me or tried to resolve the issue. I don’t know if you guys just don’t give a damn about customers anymore or are actively trying to push them away

The case was closed as no issue was found and you were correctly paid out, you were also credited some comp as a good will gesture.

We have been informed that there is actually no payout for 5 wilds.
The wilds substitute other symbols to give the winning line, however in this case there is no other symbol that pays, so therefore no win.
