I’ve sent customer service five emails asking for a refund for lost buy-ins when I registered for tournaments but then was never able to be seated. It’s only for a small amount of money, but Ignition has never responded. Many people on TwoPlusTwo report that they’ve been reimbursed for an identical problem. Can you help?

I’ve been on hold for 2 days now with customer service. I got kicked out of a 2 dollar and 7 dollar tournament and would like either a refund or ticket vouchers. This is rediculous
