Stop saying it's fixed!

Forum moderators continue to lock threads that discuss server issues. They simply state “The issue has been resolved, and you need to troubleshoot your own devices.”

Can we please leave even a single thread kept open to discuss? How can the mods say that the issues have been resolvd when there are numerous posts each week about disconnection problems? I have been playing on here for YEARS and never had the issues that I’ve been having the past few weeks. I have tried on multiple devices on multiple different internet connections - it is not the users it is the servers.

A thread will be closed if a known issue is resolved. If you have had a recent disconnection please pm us the details and we can take a look at it for you.

That’s not true! You also remove the ones you claim have been resolved…and wether it is or not…you should still leave the conversation up for at least a few days for others to share their own experiences don’t you think?

We are actually interested in persons sharing their experiences. We do however have to ensure that the information that is being shared is accurate.

While the poker room disconnection problem has never been solved been hundreds of posts closed and removed the problem existed last week last year.
Last month. Yesterday yesterday, today, tomorrow tomorrow next week, month
And that’s just a simple fact that we all have this problem still to this day Whoever once told you, all that known problem was solved, really needs to be fired. Because they have did nothing but lie. It’s never never been fixed. It is not working correctly right now go sit down change tables if you don’t get disconnected change again you will then you will be back connected sometime between 5 minutes to an hour
Whether you want to admitted it or not, we all have this problem. And it costs all of us money from time to time, it’s b*******

I can say this much for 100% I have been a solid player on this site for a couple years now and I have gone the rounds with these people about that same issue, buying into a sitngo poker tournament and it glitching out and it won’t even allow me to log back into the site until the tournament is over sometimes. It will freeze everything up. The only reason I still play here is because they are legit when it comes to paying people and continuing to make sure or at least attempt to make sure the poker games are fair , besides the servers being too small and being disconnected. I can tell you all this recenty I had my account suspended/disabled for about 30 days and during this time I had time to check out some other poker sites and let me tell you this is the safest and legit poker site around. I’m not saying that some bots dont go unnoticed becase Id be lying but nobodys perfect but it beats the alternative. I’ll give an example of some stomach turning issue worthy of complaining about. So I had to find another site to play poker on so I looked and found . Let me tell you about unfair; all user names are displayed and the same 3-6 people sit in these different cash games and gang up on people and make the game completely unfair and frustrating, and if you’re a poker player you know you cant beat 5 people everytime probably all wearing there Call Of Duty headsets telling each other what they have so the best hand out of 6 is aganst you each time, it sucks let me tell you. So I say this maybe we approach this a more diplomatic way and see if upper management is willing to help us because they have the most important thing already figured out and that is having integrity and for an online casino that is a good place to start. I just want you to know I agree with everything you said I was simply trying to let you know that saying is so true THE GRASS AINT ALWAYS GREENER MY FRIEND! And just for the record I have 500,000 Ignition miles, not saying its the most by any means but you don’t get that many miles by not playing. Take care everybody hopefully my experience helps at least one person.

I agree 100% myself i wish that we could get ignition together with us. Ii just dont see that happening because 99% of the tine they are not going to accept that they are part of the problem. If any of us post anything even clise showing that they are the lock it down and remove it. I would like to see them at least try to work with us. Schedule some kind of research comity a day and time whether on social media telegram or even here on the forum add some AmAvand suggestion sessions etc. All for a better experience in the future(not to ask the bs we’d like to know) but the thing’s that would make our experiences for the better. A promo Q&A&suggestions so that we or at least a clear outline of what the rewards program actually is not this bonuses are given randomly [ they must be Extremely random because i haven’t seen a random bonuse put in my account on 4 or 5 years now) maybe come up with something more clear to everyone. Of course i might be thinking that they want to make everything a little better experience, and i don’t have a clue. Could be perfectly happy with what they already have now im am really sorry ive looked with every inch of my being but there’s nothing available for your account before i cut you off is there anything else I can help you with today fire its your shot pass it down everybody shoukd start posting good suggestions that could work for both sides may be we could break that down and come up with a collaborative list that could be narrowed down to something that would make everybody’s time and experience better and make ignition the best gaming site on the web again

SLOTS…This group has the fastest, easiest withdrawals in the industry. This group has some of the best games in the industry. This group ranks among the best in the industry for getting help with problems. BUT…This group also ranks among the worse in the industry for RTP! My question is WHY? When you could dominate the industry with a decent RTP do they choose to have a terrible RTP?. Every time I do hit something good sized I know I’m not going to hit anything decent again till I have given back double what I won. When you’re doing most everything else right WHY?

I have comments in my activity history that I’ve made in the past about these same poker issues all the way back in May of 2022. The issues are still exactly the same as they were back then. It’s gotten better in how frequently it happens but still happens nonetheless. I’ve sent screen recordings to them via email as well and never got a response back then so I’m not holding my breath that anything that we say or do is going to make any difference. They will never admit to this being on their end. It will probably cost money to remedy and that is a no no.
