Last night around 11:50 pm, pacific time (I live in Oregon), tables disconnected and balance has not been updated. Called and chatted with support, where they ended up basically telling me they cannot find a disconnection and they can’t refund money. I have hand number of last hand played and my transaction history shows me buying in to two zone poker tables at 11pm and it is now 2pm the next day and it never shows a cashout. I had roughly 235$ between the two tables and it is still not reflected in my balance 14 hours later
This has already been handled by CS to which you would’ve been advised that the winnings were credited to your account on 1/30 at 3:47:25 AM GMT-5.
