This is still happening ALL of the time. Itās no wonder why no one is happy with ignition any longer. You get screwed over and website is contently crashing still!!

I have contacted multiple times. They issue a refund or the last time the agent issued a $5 bonus and didnāt bother to tell me that it still came with the standard 35X playthrough!? I donāt bother contacting any longer unless I lose money anymore because otherwise half literally half of my day would be spent in chat with you guys. Iām tired of always contacting. Why canāt it just be fixed? Itās been over a year that this has been happening everyday.

Prolly 45 mins straight going in and out of games while losing without a single connection issue. Enter a 50c jackpot sit and go and breeze through it, just like every time, and also just like every time, Iām immediately booted from the site after a win. As any sane human would do you clear all your data and cache like weāve been repeatedly, for years, told to do like we are all computer illiterate morons, and it cancels you off the site for an hour for ārepeated login attempts.ā Iām no rocket scientist but isnāt your general reaction to being kicked out of a live poker site to re enter??? Coincidentally I had zero problems logging in to be able to post this chat message. Hmmm. Same site. Same software on both ends. Only one part of the site has money on the line and I canāt enter that part. If youāre logged off for ārepeated login attemptsā shouldnāt this part of the site that isnāt able to steal my money also be blocking me??? Shits unreal.
