What are you talking about this forum is full of people saying they experience the same thing as well as other forums not to mention in a few of the games there are at least 1 other player who disconnects also!! That’s a load of crap and regardless according to the disconnection protection policy it doesn’t state any of the things you are saying! You insult my and every other person’s intelligence when it comes to this fact there are pages upon pages of complaints and all you say is the same scripted answers. No variation in your responses as I’d imagine would be necessary since every situation is different right? Wrong it’s the crap software.

Those games all qualify I am not the only person who experienced issues there and all these games aren’t from one time as your policy has no statues of limitation I’ve been combing through my history these are a collection over my time playing at ignition so to say as if I’m always having issues yes and no yes they happen frequently most times I can get back in having lost most my chips is a load of crap but w/e. No they aren’t occuring every single game every day cut the bull and honor your policy.
We are aware of this, but to simply say its our software is not generally the case. We check on a case to case basis and a lot of the time the player how had the disconnection on a particular game is the only player. If this was a server issue all players would be affected. The most common cause is likely packet drops from the connection, which would only need a fraction of a second to cause a drop out.
Upon checking your account I see that you contacted CS yesterday asking for the above tournaments to be checked, even though you were already credited for them on the 16th April.
Ok, I don’t want to overreact here, but I’m sorry, this is ridiculous.
The sequence of events:
- I attempt to buy in to an Omaha tournament for $10 + $1.
- A caption pops up that LITERALLY says ERROR, you can’t buy in.
- The tournament just disappears. (I’m guessing because there were no other registrations?)
- I get charged for a buy in that never happened to a tournament that never even happened.
- I explain the problem & ask for a refund, since it was YOUR site that said ERROR.
- Refund denied.
This is somehow my fault??
People complain about disconnections on here ALL the time, yet it seems it’s never your fault & we get the same story of how we should clear our cache, etc every time (which I do).
I’m having a really difficult time trying to understand how you could treat a (titanium level) customer this way. Especially after spending thousands of dollars. Do you think I’m making this up?? It’s beyond frustrating. I wasn’t asking for much. All I wanted was my $11.00 that your technology quite frankly stole from me back & you won’t make it right.
It’s not so much the money as it is the principle.
I enjoy your site and would rather not take my business elsewhere, but this sort of thing is unacceptable.

This happens to me on every device from a $7,800 i9 12900k build with 64 gb of ram, multiple NVME SSD’s and a RTX 3090 wired into business connection 1 gig download 800 mb upload 1-3 ms ping, a macbook pro connected to 1 gig personal wifi with 700 upload and 1-7 ms ping to even my iphone which after playing for 30-45 minutes in tournaments i’ve even noticed a mobile device lock out where you cannot press any buttons EVEN SWITCHING BETWEEN MULTIPLE DIFFERENT IPHONES which is only fixed by switching to desktop. I like ignitions format and the graphic design and am a Diamond Level player here with 15,120,132 lifetime miles but I’ve noticed that this never occurs on A.C.R. and while this problem persists Ignition keeps taking the site down for “Maintenance” which is really just adding new Slots and events. Why add slots when a huge part of your site is so broken? Would it not save time and money by fixing this? All of the support cases to be avoided?
The truth is we will never get the actual truth. It absolutely has nothing to do with the same Ole song and dance response we all get. Clearing things does nothing,resetting does nothing. Can play casino and any other s&g or regular tournament just fine but the second go into the jackpot sit&go all of a sudden my internet or wifi or phone is the problem? If was a random once in awhile thing maybe that would be believable but it’s gotten to the point that every damn game must just refresh the browser just to start it. What’s even worse is it seems the worst to me at the 100$ ones which end up almosy.impossible to play and not even worth the risk anymore as who wants to lose 100 let alone a dollar on a game that gives you zero chance to even play a hand. It’s almost pointless. now to even talk to support as it’s a waste of time and more often than not they try to blame you for there faulty software. At first they used to give refunds all the time. I gave up trying after getting denied refunds a few times and realistically they shouldn’t even get my business anymore as they won’t actually address the issue and instead try and place the blame on the player or some other nonsense when everything else on their site works just fine and dandy.Is definitley something fishy about it. I know it happens to many as I can cou t 100s of times people get blinded out without playing a hand… Like who in the hell would register for a game and then seconds later decide they just wanted to flush their money down the toilet by not even playing a hand? they really need to fix the crap or I will seriously consider not giving my business anymore as the rng is bad enough the way it is. Is unrealistic to constantly lose to runner runner nonsense when people are going all in to begin with with absolutely nothing off a flop. It almost seems as if they know it will hit and that’s why they do it so that seems fishy as well. Yeah I know it goes both ways and I’ve ended up on the good end of the rng while playing poorly it just seems that you win more when needing a miracle rather than being a 95 percent favorite. Is like every damn hand is a monster almost and that’s just not how real life poker goes.
I had the same thing happening to me the other day on the slots. Everytime I hit something decent it would start spinning after it hit and then tell me the connection was lost . I cleared my cache etc… I didn’t even contact support because like you said it always our fault and something on our end. But yet it tells you if the problem persist to contact support. FOR WHAT?? LOL
Happened to me SEVERAL TIMES!! I emailed but got no response!!
I have alot of disconnections that I’m told are my fault but I do all and I mean ALL troubleshooting tips before I start and they still say they wont refund any of my money

Maybe someone already suggested this but,
From my personal experience with jackpot sit and go’s I have noticed that each game you play, you must refresh your page before starting another jackpot sit and go. Because if you do not your second game will be so lagging that you will not be happy.
But what I am suggesting, works for me and I really encourage you to try it. So remember if you are playing more than one, refresh your page before starting another. I hope this helps you.

Same bull shit I get too. And there is never a supervisor available! They never let you speak to a supervisor. Always saying they can’t transfer lol!
You have a 800mb upload speed? That’s unheard of not sure what market you’re in or who your provider is but that’s almost comical.
