can you explain a bit more what happened?
If you are using the browser and are on the poker tab but not playing, if you stay away for too long your session will expire and you’ll see a banner telling you your session expired, and you will need to log in again to play. This is fine.
But I returned and did not have a session expired warning and was able to start a table without logging in again. I played for a few hands and then got the “session expired” banner right in the middle of a hand. If you return before the session expires and start playing YOUR SESSION SHOULD NOT EXPIRE WHILE YOU’RE PLAYING IN THE MIDDLE OF A HAND.

i just use a pc and use the poker client and have not had a problem like that.
No. I was not playing on my phone when this happened.
Did you happen to have another tab or window open on the site?
This happened again, and for sure I did not have another tab or window open. I’d also logged in under an hour before, so there is no way the session should have expired.

Can you grab a screenshot the next time it happens? We’ve only ever seen this prompt when users have multiple sessions running at once.
