I attempted to deposite funds at 8:59pm my time and it said the transaction failed, but it still charged my card. I contacted live chat and the guy told me there was no transaction to contact my bank? There was a transaction, it says failed in my deposite history, and my card was charged. I deposite here almost every night no problem, this is only the 2nd time this has happened to me but last time it took days of posting on forums and contacting support before the funds randomly appeared on my account. Can somebody please just take care of this. It would seriously be appreciated.
