Trouble Claiming Royal Flush Bonus

Is anyone else having trouble claiming bonuses? I sent an email to claim a royal flush bonus 2 days ago and have not received any response. Ignition usually sends an automated reply email letting you know that you’re in the que to be helped. I tried the chat function and gave up after several minutes of waiting for a rep. Tried calling and same issue.

Mainly due to the technical issues we experienced last week, we are a little backed up on our approximate 24-48 hour email time. That being said we’ll PM you right now, and see if we can’t clear this up for you!
