Trouble with 777 deluxe hot drop jackpot?

I’ve been having trouble playing this game for almost two days now and still haven’t gotten a response or an answer on why it’s doing this. Am I the only one with this problem??

It starts up and lets you spin a couple times and then freezes up and makes you reload it. I’ve done every single that I can do at least three times to ensure it’s nothing on my end. Every other games works fine.

Anybody else having this problem ?

Well I just played for 10 minutes straight without any problems. So it looks to be fixed and back to normal.

I’m curious on what could cause this because after running multiple checks on my system and internet. Then following the troubleshooting email you guys send out. I still couldn’t find anything on my side to have caused this.

Well the problem is back once again.

Is there an email where I can send you a video of what it’s doing. Or I can upload the video and send it as a YouTube link.

I just did what you recommended doing (again). The problem is still there and I have no idea why it would be doing this just on that one game.

Emailed a video again to the email you posted. This will be the third video I’ve emailed to them in the last 3 days. I still never heard anything back from except from an email asking exactly what the problem was. Which was also stated in the emails I sent.

This is really a pain in my ass since I really only play two games on this site and that’s one of them.

I’ve also done all the trouble shooting tips that customer service recommends doing. Numerous times. I have multiple videos of this happening.

I completely understand your concerns, and I can imagine how frustrating this situation must be. Once the support team has the chance to review the video, they will be able to provide more guidance, as I am not encountering any issues with the game on my end.
