Trying to withdrawal but matchpay isn’t showing up

I hit a decent roll earlier, well a couple lol. Kept getting up then losing it all and finally got ba k up and now that I’m trying to get my money, matchpay(the one like using) won’t show up

You can only withdraw using Matchpay two times a day. Since you have already done so, you would have to wait until the limit resets tomorrow around 3am ET

i opened up an account and the matchplay option was not showing up for me… new to the site and have never used matchplay… any reasons why its not showing up
