From what I am understanding this is a bug causing intermittent issues with login and also the loading of some games, this is also not effecting all players apparently.
It is being investigated, but we have no additional information right now.
Took me a while but I was able to login. Don’ want to bore you with details but if you are interested in cause, google CORS (cross-origin resource sharing).
Solution: run chrome with this feature disabled
(from a command shell, paste the cmd below) : https://alfilatov.com/posts/run-chrome-without-cors/

correction:

This is only a patch. You should not have to disable web security in order to login. The proper solution should be to fix the html code for the web site.
This may not be related to the other intermittent errors described above. This will only fix the inability to login (for me the login dialog never appeared). By disabling web security (CORS), this allowed the login dialog to show.

I had the same problem - could not get to login screen. Every browser rejects the HTML code to display the login popup dialog. By starting chrome with above command, and then using the chrome (with web security disabled) go to ignition website. The login dialog should now appear.
It’s not intermittent or just some games. For myself I have been unable to log in or load any game for over 16 hours. After depositing around noon. If you guys know there’s problems stop accepting deposits.
For any iPhone users try going to setting< safari< Then turn off “prevent cross site trafficking” load ignition and it can be turned back on. Try at your own risk I’m no tech genius just tried different things and this seemed to fix it

Thanks this worked or they fixed it right when I read it a while ago.
Did anybody have trouble logging in, or opening all casino games? I was able to deposit but took me 8 hours to log back in and play it. I didn’t want to at that point but it would also not let me withdraw. If anyone had problems - chat about it. The agent pretty much told me we don’t compensate unless a good few people complain lol.
Yep same thing happened to me. Best part is when I was finally able to log on 12 hours later after a massive headache to get in. I lost it all in a matter of minutes went about 100 spins without hitting anything
