We do, indeed, have problems with people logging into their accounts. This is currently being investigated, and we will provide an update once we have more information. You can clear the cache data and restart the browser to see if that helps. Thanks for understanding.
Same cant login. Freeroll too. Sucks.
That will not help. The problem is https://services.ignitioncasino.eu/receiver.html is returning with 429 Too Many Requests errors. Hence DDOS is happening. That or they have rate limiting set too low because they are too cheap to scale traffic bandwidth. My bet is on the former.
Same issue here. Really getting to the point that this site is no longer playable. Seems to happen way too often. WHen I want to play, I want to play.
So you guys know there’s issues yet don’t warn or tell any customers before they deposit. If I knew I wouldn’t have deposited money today that I can’t play with or withdrawal at all…. Is there going to be any compensation for all these issues? or just another kick to your rapidly decreasing long term loyal customers?

I don’t think this is the normal " clear your cookies, cache, use incognito, different browser or another device" kind of problem… hopefully someone will know something soon…

For reals cause I can usually get it to work after a few tries but it’s been 6 hours and nothing has worked, poker client works fine but I can’t deposit
I can’t even log in and going through the famous ignition troubleshooting checklist the closest I’ve came to getting logged in was a White screen but really that’s progress from the nothing that was happening earlier…

Am I the only one who thinks it’s pretty obvious ignition needs to stop accepting deposits until they can get their site to work properly and stay working properly? Been trying all day to play using the money I deposited today and it’s just a big sh** show . Ignition knows there’s problems and if they were thinking about their customers at all they’d let them know too BEFORE accepting their deposits. If I had known I would have deposited elsewhere to actually be able to play . Any other business wouldn’t accept your money when they know there’s an issue with the product/service being unusable
Said the same thing, had no idea the site was messing up but yet my deposit went through I want my money back
They’re just driving customers away in droves these past few months. At least McDonald’s will tell you the ice cream machines broke instead of taking your money and making you wait until it works. The only businesses that would take your money for a faulty service are SHADY businesses imo
