Every time i try to withdraw it tells me ive already used the address. Ive tried from multiple wallets and multiple crypto’s. Nothing works. Every address I’ve tried has been brand new. Live chat tried to blame it on my wallet provider. Can someone make it make sense?
Chat was from when i had tried btc from 2 wallets. Tried ltc afterward and same problem
Got it to go thru 4th attempt. Would still like to know what the deal was tho but not urgent
This does sound like something to do with the address, as a new address would need to be used for each transaction, we wouldn’t see any information regarding this on your account unfortunately.
It did the same thing to me this morning with my first address but thankfully worked on the second one
