Hello,
after a session at the NL $5/10 tables I noticed that almost $4000 were missing from my balance. I did not lose in that session, actually even ended up around $50, but my balance was short by that $4000 with all tables closed.
I know this is a known bug and many players have encountered it already. So I texted live support on the same day and sent them a screenshot of my game transactions where you can clearly see that I did not lose the missing funds on the tables. They told me they know of those technical difficulties and will text me once they are resolved but could not give me a time frame on that.
Well, now it has been almost a full week since then and my money still is stuck in limbo. This is completely unacceptable. I am definitely not depositting money that I did not lose in the first place to play more sessions and after a certain timespan I feel like this turns from a technical difficulty to outright theft.
I know several other players had this happen to them - how long did it take to get the funds back for you guys?
