Updating to new software

Why do I not see an option to update this software? ******* ridiculous that it’s not staring me in the face. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling same ******* shit

@David3 On top of uninstalling; be sure that all previous files are also deleted. You can do so following this:

  • Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Choose the app of the site you want to uninstall: “Ignition Casino Poker” then click Uninstall and follow the prompts to uninstall.

  • Open File Explorer in Windows and go to C: > Program Files (x86) > select and delete folder: “Ignition Casino Poker”.

  • In File Explorer go to C: > Users > (Your Windows User Name) > select and delete the folder: “Ignition Casino Poker”.

  • In File Explorer click on “View” at the top, then on the top right side select the box for “Hidden Items”. This will allow you to access the AppData folder which holds cached files that need to be deleted to fully uninstall past versions of the poker software. Access the AppData folder in the next step.

  • In File Explorer go to C: > Users > (Your Windows User Name) > AppData > Roaming > select and delete folder: “ignitioncasino-eu-poker”.

  • Clear Google Chrome browsing data. To do so click the 3 vertical dots in the top right of the browser then click Settings, under the section Privacy and Security click on Clear Browsing Data, click Basic, select Time Range: All, select “Cookies and other site data” also select “Cached images and files”, click Clear data. Close browser.

I had same thing. At first it told me I had other ignition programs open. I closed it and restarted, same thing, so I uninstalled reloaded and same picture says I need to update the version.
Yet I am able to play blackjack and zone poker and cash games?

So I can not sign up for sit n go’s?

@Atlas1960 Was this all today as well?

When uninstalling, were you able to remove and delete all of the information similar to the steps I posted above?

Yes as in right now, I am in omaha cash game but wont let sign up for sit n go

I use firefox, I dont see how to attach a picture like the guy above

People are having the same problem on 2+2 (poker forum) right now as well. About 45 min ago there was a notification for a new update. The update failed. Now there’s no notification to update but it says it’s an outdated version. I even tried downloading bovada which I’ve never used on this computer and got the same thing

Yes. Seems ppl on 2+2 are back in fine as well
