Using Bonus - Order of Balances

I am new and trying to figure out how to play my different balances. I used the 300% welcome bonus,
I was able to withdraw and received my winnings in record time (Kudo’s to Ignition) playing slots.

I still have locked funds and a locked bonus. I think the locked bonus is for the poker “part” of my bonus.

I have been playing blackjack to try and get through my poker wagering, but my playthrough is still at 0.

My question is: Am I using my locked funds to playthrough on my poker part of the bonus? I am confused because my playthrough progress isn’t showing anything. Thanks for helping a newbie to this site.

You should look over the bonus terms page, if you’re playing live blackjack it doesn’t contribute to meeting rollover requirements

It will take forever for me to playthrough my poker side of the bonus. If I forfeit the bonus, do I forfeit the locked funds as well?

You should ask the @moderators that, they’ll be able to look at your account and explain everything

@Jaxson59 You to meet any playthough progress on your locked poker buns; you would have to play in poker with withdrawable or locked cash.
