Validating my account for withdrawal

So bo my father and I play on here. My father is almost 75 yrs old doesnt do bitcoin so i would load his account with my bitcoin he would pay me. Now we cant withdraw our winnings. It took me over 2 weeks to get my account validated. I also took my fathers pics and sent them. They released my funds but wont even answer his emails. Out of roughly 15 emails he got 1 reply claiming the issue was handled in another thread. So I would be extremely careful about how much money you put in your accounts.

I sent him links to join the forum but he said he couldn’t get the page to come up yesterday. Which I can believe because last night I had issue with the site coming up myself
