I am trying to get back on this site after a few year absence but when I log in I am asked to go through a phone verification. Unfortunately the number listed is not a mobile phone. I need to be able to change the phone number over to my mobile so that I can complete the verification process. How can I do this? The site will not let me make any changes unless I do the verification.

How can I do that? I have emailed support but have not received any feedback yet. Your post suggests that I should contact them after being verified but I cannot verify before I change the phone number. Thanks.
Sorry, I just realized I was responding to Foster and not Jenny. Can you please provide me the details on how I can contact customer service prior to being verified? I cannot get verified until the phone number is updated.

Please contact our Customer Service through ‘Live Chat’. Go to www.ignitioncasino.eu/help. Then click on any topic (ex. bonuses). At the bottom of the page click ‘No’ as answer for the question ‘Did you find what you were looking for?’. Then select ‘Chat Now’ and a Live Agent will assist.

You may unfortunately have to wait a bit longer on the chat as there can sometimes be wait times in order to reach an actual agent. It helps to also simply write ‘live agent’ to ensure one is forwarded to you. This is something that we cannot complete on the Forum or via email and does have to be done after security verification on live chat. Let us know if you need help reaching them or where to sign onto the chat.
what is the verification email? the email onsite is verification@ignitioncasion.eu but gmail won’t send to that email. I need to send pics to change phone number

Note that it appears you have a typo here, the email is ‘casino’ and you seem to have copied ‘casion’.
