Was shorted on a game

Yes I was shorted on a game and the proof is in my transaction page. I have been waiting on a resolution for 7 days and finally got one today. They said I was paid out the correct amount. So wanted to see if it was just me or am I getting BS.

So if you look at my transaction during that time it says what I staked (345.13) then says what I won (286.25) a difference of so I would have lost 58.88. If you add up all transactions manually these numbers are right. Now look at what I started with 238.50 and ended with 136.05 that comes out to be 102.45.

I’ve seen it happen before, you have to argue with them repeatedly before someone actually does their job and really look into it. They’ll probably tell you it’ll take another 24/48 hrs aka 10 days after it’s re-re-re-escalated… Also I too had problems with this game right before the ddos and it took several cs people before one finally just threw money at it and hoped i would leave them alone…

@Goomarino thank you for raising this matter up. As I checked the gameplay for you once again everything was payed out correctly.

Balance Before means that when you started playing the account balance was $238.50. Staked means that during the gameplay based on the winning and losing rounds maximum total amount of bets was $345.13, however you only won $286.25.

Lowest account balance during the gameplay was $116.99, but then you managed to win and when you decided to finish the game, the account balance was $136.05. That’s why the difference between Balance Before/After is different than the amount between Staked and Won.

If when I started I had 238.50 and If I won 286.25 that’s 524.50 but I staked 345.13 that would be 179.37 is what I should have had not 136.05. I do know how to do simple math and i sure as hell know when I was not paid out correctly. I don’t understand why you can’t see it. Pretty simple stuff here. I would like you to work out the math problem for me. With what you can see from the picture I sent

I’ll PM you.
