Y’all say that you value our feedback, but then you close this afternoon 6 days this should be on here 24-7 available for everyone and not be censored because someone told the truth about something y’all don’t like and it is deleted instantly before anyone sees it that’s one of the things I would like to see changed along with the closing of topics so fast topics that don’t have an end date should be open at least two weeks to a month

Any how this is some of things I would like to see changed or improved
As others stated the player levels/tiers are no use at all there should be a difference from bronze to diamond a bronze player should get a free role ticket where as a diamond level player should get that maybe some spins deposit bonus better than the rest and so on not just a few cents difference in points redemption or may daily promos I’m personally have enough points to be a diamond level player twice I receive nothing in return 0 notta
I would like to see the bonus system fixed y’all took away cash back and them funds were supposed to be used to fix the bonus system which didn’t happen it just was put into y’all’s pockets and taken out the players I haven’t received any bonuses from y’all without personally having to ask for one since cash back was taking away
do where’s the perks for the last couple years without cash back was supposed to be receiving have yet
I understand that customer service agents have a script for moving the process along but they need to be able to tell when they need to detour and help us when it’s not enough to keep using the script it tends to make US players really seemed underappreciated also quit trying to end the chat asap they’ll ask for a couple minutes then come back ten minutes later and reply haven’t heard from you in a while and before you can respond the chat has been disconnected
I agree there should be some sort of chat room somewhere I feel there’s not because y’all don’t want us to be able to communicate with each other and the poker tables being anonymous I used to like that but it seems to be flawed with a lot of unfairness and cheating maybe by players and the site itself
I can go on for days but I’ll stop there for now
Oh an one more I wish the players that did provide the feedback would have been more upfront about what they would like to see changed I know there’s more people who would like to have had the opportunity to post there’s recommendations but everyone doesn’t come in here weekly mist just when there looking for information or wanting to give information
I know I complain alot but that’s just me, overall I really appreciate ignition casino I like to play here I feel like y’all have a great platform with great games I give it 4 out of 5 stars
Really would like to see some of the promos become available for both fiat and crypto deposits with fiat being exiled from the bonuses really not cool I don’t see the difference money in either way is still money in why segregate the two seems bias to me please don’t forget about the fiat depositors. Everyone likes to be able to claim a boost not just crypto depositors
